Graduate in Mathematics, expert in Strategies, Organization and Project Planning.

Graduate in Spanish. International Observer of the EU. Monitoring  election processes in countries in state of conflict. He is in charge of External Communication. He is also a Technician in Management of Cooperation Projects.
