O-, is a registered non-governmental organization: Reg. 588935 (Spanish National Associations Registry).

Set up in 2005, we are a non-governmental organization based in Ourense, Spain. It was founded by a group of friends decided to join together their knowledge to help to improve the  poorest people´s lives. Our first  step has implied achieving professional skills so that the success of every humanitarian activity carried out by the team is assured. In order to do this, all staff members have done extensive training courses in several areas such as Management of Cooperation Projects; Microcredits (loans), International Law, Management & Strategies in NGO´s.

The first action takes place in Bamenda (Cameroon), where a project of  shelter for    physically challenged girls is being undertaken.

Several members of Cero Negativo travelled to Bamenda in July 2007, where they made   connections with local authorities and social representatives in order to collaborate in developing CEFED-s project in Santa (Bamenda). They visited several medical centres such us "Mbingo Baptist Hospital", "Hospital de Sayocah" run by Sain Francis sisters, and others; and had a meeting with Dr.David Nchande, Manager of "Centro Ortopédico" clinic in Douala.

Our next challenges are,on one hand to improve living conditions of the children users of Santa´s shelter and, on the other hand to establish agreements with the medical centres mentioned above.
